Election night carries a particular weight: history in the making, and whatever comes next. Sky News wanted a promo track that held both, the gravity of the moment and a sense of optimism, without landing on either side of it. The brief, in three words, was stirring, inspiring and deeply human.

We wrote it as a cinematic composition: rich harmony, a slow build, and a real sense of scale. It had to work under the big moments, the speeches and images a night like this turns on, so it's reflective and forward-looking rather than triumphant. Uplifting, but not sentimental, which is the harder line to walk.
