Sky Cinema Halloween Season

Sky Creative were cutting the promo around close ups of horror's best known villains, smiling and laughing straight down the lens. They needed a bespoke song that could carry tension, lyrics and a jump scare inside forty seconds, with words that played on a fragile state of mind and room for a stopdown before the scare.

We created a dark, high octane bespoke track. Plucked and bowed strings build the tension at the top, a rising synth alarm takes over around twelve seconds in, and Hollie's vocal carries the lyrics we wrote into the stopdown and the scare. The back end is big, threatening horror strings, with the lyric echoing out over the end cards.
